SINORICHES ENTERPRISES CO., LTD was established in 1999, with our head office in Dalian, North China, but also with an office in Hong Kong for 10 years and a newly opened office in Beijing. The company began trading as a freight forwarding company and booking agent on behalf of both local and international ship owners and operators, and continues to act regularly and frequently on their behalf in these roles. In 2006, acting on behalf of, and with the committed backing of various local shippers and receivers, the company entered the time-charter operating market, and have since chartered over 100 ships under trip, period and voyage and space charters from owners all over the world.

The core business trades of the company have mainly been centred around export parceling from China to the Mediterranean/Black Sea and Continent, Africa, and Latin America. Since the collapse in 2008, with the subsequent reduction of export cargoes, Sinoriches has been more focused on import of bulk industrial cargoes on behalf of mainly local receivers, from Veneuzula/Brazil/Australia, the Mediterranean/Black Sea, and Africa, in larger sizes including handysize, panamax and post-panamax tonnage.

Annual volumes are now considerably over 1,500,000 mt cargo and increasing year on year, especially with greater activity on industrial imports.
